The Story Behind the Song
Several years ago, Black River Revival songwriter Jason and his wife Shayna began writing Our Love's Story while attending a songwriting conference. Working with a musician and having signed with a record label, they had hopes of bringing the song to life. But life took a different direction, and the song remained unfinished.
Years later, after 28 years of marriage and a lifetime of shared experiences, Jason revisited the lyrics. Through AI-assisted music production, he was finally able to finish what they started.
Our Love's Story captures two perspectives within a marriage, the challenges of communication, the importance of faith and grace, and the hope of finding a way back to each other.
